In common with almost all websites, we may use outsourcing to process payments for anything that may be sold from any of our sites. We will strictly follow the refund policy of any of our payment processors.

In the event that you have purchased something from any of our sites and you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then we will certainly refund your money providing you contact us within 28 days and provide a copy of the sales documentation.

In addition, if the payment processor that you used to pay for the goods has a refund policy that is longer than the 28 days we will strictly adhere to the third parties refund policy.

Everything that we offer for sale here has been checked prior to adding it to the site. We are confident that all goods are suitable for the purpose at the time of adding to the site. If a product has changed or situations have changed to make a product unsuitable we would like to know about it so it can be removed from the site.
